Help Lisa raise money

I am participating in the 2022 Shamrock'n 5K to help raise funds for Triumph Cancer Foundation. 

Triumph helps cancer survivors achieve strong physical strength post treatments. Many cancer treatments, while helping to save lives, will leave patients with long term, if not permanent, physical limitations. Often these limitations are not noticeable to the outside world, but can lead to quality of life issues for the survivors. Triumph works to help reduce some of these limitations and help the survivors lead a more active and healthy life style. 

I am a 5 year stage 3 colorectal cancer survivor. I underwent 9 grueling months of treatments (chemo/radiation therapy, extensive/ invasive surgery followed by another 4 months of chemotherapy) in 2016. I am grateful to Triumph for the opportunity to participate in their program in 2017.
