Care4ASH1L

Care4ASH1L is the first and only patient advocacy foundation representing ASH1L related disorders. Our mission and purpose is to advance research on ASH1L to help find novel therapeutic interventions in order to ameliorate the lives of those affected by ASH1L mutation. We aim to raise funds to facilitate and leverage research with the purpose of having clinical trials.

ASH1L related disorders is an ultra rare genetic condition with very little research and information. The lack of enough data is overwhelming the newly diagnosed families and the only hope our ASH1L community has is to accelerate the ASH1L research. Your support and benevolence will fund the ASH1L research in Brown University in the USA to create mice models and iPScs. Their researchers will study the role and impact of ASH1L in human brain development and eventually find a cure for this disease which will help ameliorate the lives of those affected.
