Hello Friends and Family,

This year I am walking/running the 5K to support refugee initiatives at North York Community House (NYCH) where I work.  NYCH has been supporting communities who have been forced to flee their homes and countries because of violence, war and persecution with specialized programs and services. 

 
At NYCH we not only support children, youth, adults, and seniors settle into their new lives in Canada but also work together to find ways to heal from the trauma of war and displacement, building communities where all belong and thrive.
