Help Rebekah raise money

I will never forget the very first time I made (a rather big) mistake at work, one which I know now if I made in my own business, I’d beat myself up over it for a month. Tim’s reaction was “Don’t worry about it. Calm down, it’s fine.”  And that was it. I never heard about it again.

Some might argue that that kind of reaction would leave me to make the same mistake again. I never did (to this day). 

It was Tim’s kindness, not just in that specific moment, but through the entire time I worked for him that made me want to be better at my job. At a difficult time in my own personal life, Tim came in like a bubble of sunshine and without even knowing it, helped me through that period, despite what he was going through himself. 

I’ve often reflected on that last year he spent with us and how in that time I never heard him complain once. Tim taught me not only how to successfully run a sales agency, but he taught me to appreciate life, to not allow myself to be consumed by the negative, to live in the moment and not stress about that which may be. So much of my life is different because of those lessons that he probably didn’t even realize he was giving me. 

Over the past 6.5 years, I’ve lost count of the moments where I’ve “looked to him” for guidance on something, or achieved a milestone and wondered if he would be proud. I hope he is.
