Description

When it comes down to it, patients across Canada want to feel safe. They want health providers who listen, with no judgment. They want faces and spaces that welcome, uplift and heal. They want timely access to treatment – to specialists and to the emergency department. They want to be involved in decisions about their own care. They want to be spoken to in plain language. They want their health teams to have access to their medical records so they don’t have to retell their story. They want the best care. And we want the same. 

Our $1-billion HUMANCARE movement will fundamentally change practice, not only at St. Michael’s and Providence Healthcare, but across Canada and around the world.
