My Story…
I've always wanted to run a half marathon and I'm happy that I get to finally do it in one of my favorite places (PGH)! It's also a great opportunity to raise money for charity. This year, I wanted to fundraise for the Homeless Children's Education Fund. HCEF offers homeless kids educational opportunities and outreach programs that encourage kids of all ages to get involved and excited about learning. My goal is $400, but whatever you can contribute helps— everything raised will go directly to HCEF. Thanks so much for your donation!
Description
Donate to help raise money for Homeless Children's Education Fund (HCEF) during Marathon Weekend. Your donation helps students break the cycle of homelessness through educational achievement. HCEF provides programming for students in kindergarten to age 24. Programming includes afterschool, tutoring support, social and emotional regulation, college and career prep, as well as enrichment, emergency funding and educational grants.
