Maria McNamara would have been 22 this year, but she died at age seven of a brain tumor. Her parents have been fighting to help other children and families facing the diagnosis of a brain tumor since 2007, supporting global research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and a cure for deadly childhood brain tumors.
I would greatly appreciate your support as I run my 13th half marathon this May, my third with the Sunflower Striders, to raise funds and awareness for Prayers from Maria Children’s Glioma Cancer Foundation.
