CASA of Sonoma County is a key component of the Juvenile and Child Welfare Systems of our county. The program provides a consistent adult connection, the CASA volunteer, for children in foster care that advocates for them in the courtroom, school and community. I am so grateful for being part of the CASA team for 13 years and humbled with pride to be able to carry on the CASA Program mission together with the CASA Staff, the Board of Directors and all the 180+ CASA Volunteers out there supporting the children as the Executive Director. 

Court Appointed Special Advocates - CASAs continue are one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to ensure that a child in the dependency court system is heard, that their best interests are met, and that they find stability and permanency in their lives. 

Thank you for your concern and compassion for all those young people living in foster care, and for the CASA volunteers who are changing lives, every single day.
