Conservation Corps North Bay is dedicated to developing youth and conserving natural resources for resilient, sustainable, and equitable communities. Our solutions are two-fold: 1) Offer our communities’ youth the opportunity to transform their lives through paid work, education, career counseling, and civic engagement. 2) Provide meaningful on-the-job paid training to protect our North Bay environment and the Sonoma and Marin communities by reducing the threat of fires and floods; diverting recyclables--including electronics, mattresses, discarded tires, and consumable food--from the landfill; and building and maintaining trails for the enjoyment of all. It's a win-win and our tagline sums it up: "A Path to a Better Future"!
