My Story…
Welcome to my FUNdraising page!
I'm very excited to be participating in the WPS Half Marathon 5K run for the very first time! I have heard so much about this run and I am very excited to be part of a larger cause in support of raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
My brother Jon Kavalench will also be running in the 5K. We are an informal Team, pursuing individual goals, together, and we are calling ourselves, "Better In The Long Run".
While I run, I will be thinking of my 80 year old grandmother whom has been courageously battling cancer this past year during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I hope you will support this very good cause, in supporting an organization that is vital to ongoing improvements in cancer research!
