My Story…
I am running to support Planned Parenthood Ottawa (PPO).
Why?
PPO believes in culturally competent Sexual and Reproductive Health Support that is for and by the community.
PPO is a pro choice organization that respects all decisions.
PPO’s Youth Dating Violence Prevention Project is based on research and youth feedback in creating a practical and accessible relationship curriculum.
PPO’s Options Counselling Program is free and provides up to three sessions on navigating all pregnancy options.
PPO provides Office Support Shifts where people can have their Sexual & Reproductive Health related questions answered from Monday to Friday.
PPO provides free condoms, pregnancy tests, and prenatal vitamins through contactless pickup options throughout COVID-19.
PPO has adapted our work virtually for greater accessibility to those facing childcare barriers, living in rural areas, as well as people with disabilities.
