Hi everyone

This year, I decided to push myself and sign up for the Bytown Challenge. This involves the 2K  5K and 10K, back to back to back.

With the pandemic so many charities have had to modify their services to find ways to support their clients virtually. This costs money, in a time when fundraising is a challenge.

My daughter has received the support of Epilepsy Ottawa this past year. Through their support groups she has found out that she is not alone. There are others like her who have function seizures. Function seizures, unlike epileptic seizures do not have medications to control/prevent the seizures.

It is now time for us to give back to them.
