I am very excited to finally be running in my first race ever!
No more putting it off, 2021-22 is a time to put our physical and mental health first after 2 years of pandemic related bad habits!
I joined this team to raise money for mental health programs at the Ottawa Hospital. It's an issue I've battled with a few times in my life and I want to raise awareness and make treatment more accessible for all.
