I’M RUNNING for anyone too scared or too embarrassed to seek help.

I’M RUNNING because I believe in support systems.

I’M RUNNING because you can always talk to me about uncomfortable topics.

I’M RUNNING because I want you to speak up.

I’M RUNNING because I want you to live in peace.

I’M RUNNING because you can’t do it on your own.

I’M RUNNING so you treat mental health as objectively as physical health.

I’M RUNNING because I continuously see progress.

I’M RUNNING because I believe in the healing process.

I’M RUNNING because there is no shame.

I’M RUNNING because we shouldn’t limit ourselves.

I’M RUNNING because I can outpace Stigma.
