Mon histoire…

Many years into the overdose crisis, I want to do my utmost to bring in resources to support services for people who use drugs who are seeking counselling. At a time when the world and the sector is exhausted, I want to do what I can to reinvigorate our efforts!

Plus - I've never run in a race! It's been a personal dream for a long time, and when I saw this opportunity to 'run' (walk!) for my own health and to support this work, the time felt right to step up :)

Please support me in both my work goal and my personal goal for this event!

Description

Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services is a community-based addiction treatment centre in Ottawa.  At Rideauwood, 40 expert and compassionate addictions counsellors support individuals and families impacted by substance use, behavioral addictions and related mental health issues.
