We’re joining in the Epilepsy Ottawa 5k for Ryan and Bronwyn and others living with Epilepsy, and in memory of our friend, Eric. People who live with Epilepsy are strong and brave. By raising awareness about epilepsy, it is our hope that others will be empowered to help out when they see someone having a seizure of some type (there are many types). What can you do? Stay with that person and protect their head until the seizure is over. Turn them on their side. Time the seizure. Thank you for donating to Epilepsy Ottawa!
