I am entered in the 10k (walking with poles) and raising funds for the Ottawa Heart Institute. If you would like to sponsor me it would be greatly appreciated.
The Heart Institute has supported me since my initial heart event on a Soccer field in 1995. Since then I have subsequently had ICD implantation and Bypass surgery. Amazing staff!
