Notre histoire…

Annie and Paul Jr. are both running 5K on May 28th in memory of their father and in support of BGC Ottawa. Paul Sr. was an avid runner and a lifelong coach, dedicated to supporting children and youth in Ottawa. The team has been named “Born to Run” as an ode to Bruce Springsteen - his all-time favourite artist.


P.S. He actually ran the marathon in the Ottawa Race Weekend years ago…Please consider donating or joining our team.
