The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum's Artifact Preservation Fund
Artifact Preservation Fund
As the repository for Reds history, the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, maintains a collection of more than 16,000 artifacts dating from 1869 to the present day. The museum's Artifact Preservation Fund supports research, acquisition, and the preservation of this incredible collection, encompassing both artifacts on display in the museum's galleries as well as those that reside in the museum's archive. Each item in the collection is cataloged, and artifacts not currently on display are housed in specialized, archival storage containers under environmental conditions that protect the items from degradation, ensuring that these tangible pieces of Reds history will be preserved for the enrichment and enjoyment of Reds fans in perpetuity.
