Last year between runner donations and donations from the race organizers we sponsored over 450 Sole Train runners.
Sole Train: Boston Runs Together is a community-building and mentoring program that uses running as a vehicle for setting and achieving seemingly impossible goals. As a supportive community of caring adults and peers, Sole Train champions young people as they realize their capacity for greatness. Sole Train teams practice on-site twice a week and culminating goal race: Boston’s Run to Remember, a five-mile race or half marathon.
