My Story…
Some colleagues and I have decided to participate in the 2022 Calgary Marathon as a way to get back into a more active lifestyle and as a way to also to help support the community we have decided to fundraise for Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids (https://bb4ck.org/), an organization that believes kids deserve food and shouldn't have to worry about where it will come from, or when. Every day BB4CK feeds 4,700 children in Calgary, supporting 225 schools.
Please help us to make sure BB4CK can continue this critical mission!
Every $2.50 we raise will provide one lunch for a child.
- $25 will provide a child lunch for 2 weeks
- $50 will secure a month of lunches for a child
- $75 will feed an average classroom worth of kids for one day
P.S. I will be running 10k...my longest race to date has been 5k. Donations will help give me an extra boost of motivation, knowing that I am both helping out a good cause and doing something good for my health.
