My Story…
Hello!
This May, I will be supporting Trellis Society and the Flexible Wellness Fund at the Calgary Marathon! I am on a team of passionate supporters that are walking and running to raise funds and awareness for Trellis Society programs. With every kilometre, Calgary Marathon’s Team Trellis will be unlocking human potential across generations. This year, funds that I raise through the Calgary Marathon will support the Flexible Wellness Fund. The Fund is an internal fundraising resource at Trellis Society that elevates basic need support for the youth and families we serve. Available use includes wellness-related activities or needs that might not otherwise be covered by another resource or program funding.
I’m asking you to support me, and Trellis, with a donation of any amount. It would mean so much to me personally if you could support this great cause on my behalf. Your donation has tax benefits but more importantly, we’re helping youth and families across the City. You’ll get a receipt directly from Trellis Society via Race Roster and your donation will go to work immediately.

We work to end youth and family homelessness and create spaces for belonging and exploration in our community. We provide education and employment connections and ensure a safe home environment for youth and children whether that be through foster care, group care or in their own home. And we support deeper connections by meeting people where they are, across all cultures, languages and diversity spectrums. Trellis is committed to empowering individuals and communities with the support they need to grow beyond life’s challenges and reach their dreams.
