My Story…

Please join me in supporting an organization that means a great deal to me by sponsoring my 5k run at the Calgary Marathon on May 29th.

I will be running for the YouQuest Young Onset Dementia Association Team, which is an organization that I volunteer with two days a week. 

The association creates a community for people with young-onset dementia and their families to foster an active lifestyle. It promotes health and well-being by ensuring access to recreation therapy, counselling, and peer support resources. It is an amazing program and I am so proud to be a part of it!
