Girls E-Mentorship Innovation (GEM) is a top 100 rated charity offering a research-based mentorship program for high-school girls facing socio-economic barriers to build their professional skills and achieve their academic and career potential. Each year, GEM turns away more girls than they are able to admit into the program. Their goal is to provide mentorship for every girl who applies. Together, let's invest in the next generation of our future female leaders.
