Raise money for Fraley's Animal Sanctuary
Fraley's Farm Sanctuary was founded in 2015 to combat the abuses of factory farming, injured, sick and neglected farm animals, encourage a new awareness and understanding of farm animals and provide a forever sanctuary home. The sanctuary currently is home to over 100 animals, including pot belly pigs, sheep, horses, goats, turkeys, chickens, cats and dogs, several of special needs rescues such as our farm pig who only has three legs, and goat who requires custom orthopedic device for walking. We have a dog that uses a wheelchair. We observe the vegan diet, and encourage and support others to join.
We are a donor-driven non-profit organization and need your support to help with expensive veteran bills to feed and hay.
The pandemic has hit the Sanctuary hard and its biggest need is to purchase hay for the animals that eat hay. On average, the animals need a dozen bales per day to sustain their health. The price of hay has doubled as a result of the pandemic from $5-6 each to $10 a bale, and sometimes even more, which caused us a much larger expense than anticipated. Feed prices are also increasing.
The sanctuary is 16 years old, and in need of maintenance to fencing and animal shelters.
We will use your generous donations to for the above needs but also hopefully raise extra funds to get ahead for feed and hay expenses.
We appreciate your help!
Brian and Lesley Fraley
