My Story…
This will be my 3rd year I believe participating in this fun event, I am so fortunate to be a part of the Spinal Cord Injury - BC team and as a member, there are so many benefits. Too many to list, I must say over the pandemic having all the virtual exercise, games, trivia, family, biking groups & "ask an expert" events, etc have all been real lifesavers. I really appreciate this race series also still being offered virtually, add up all the time you spend at your home workouts, shopping, walking around the neighborhood etc can all add up to your 5km or 21k goal. Of course, all these services and benefits that SCI BC provides to members and families all cost money and this is the largest fundraiser for the organization. I hope you can help even in a small way, $5 from all....it all adds up !! Thanks everyone.
