Do you believe that women should have access to choices and opportunities?  All women?  

At WISH, we believe that all women – not some, not most – but all women, should have access to positive choices and opportunities.  
WISH is located in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, and supports women and gender-diverse folks who are involved in Vancouver’s street-based sex trade.  

Street-based sex work is the kind of sex work that’s associated with the least amount of choice, and the most amount of violence.  Folks who are involved in this form of sex work are overwhelmingly doing so just to survive.  

Your donations mean that sex-working women can come to WISH for opportunities to feed their bodies, their minds, and their souls: hot nutritious meals, clothing, harm reduction supplies, and shelter. Opportunities for enrichment and learning through music therapy, literacy programs, Indigenous programming, and Supportive Employment.  And opportunities for one-on-one support to meet their longer-term goals.
