My Story…
Mental health matters! Growing up with anxiety and not understanding what was happening, how to identify it and learn how to cope was very isolating. Can you believe I learned only these last few years how to understand what I think and feel and only just realized I’ve been feeling this way my whole life but had no clue as I couldn’t properly put words to how I was feeling and that it was anxiety?! It got in the way of so much. I firmly believe these last few years have affected our youth even more and their mental health. Let’s help end the stigma and educate!
