The 19th annual Urban Cow features a weekend of races, starting with the 5K and Half Calf Kids' Races on Saturday, September 30 and the Half Marathon on Sunday, October 1. Virtual options are also available, with the ability to transfer to the in-person race at a later date for no additional fee.
