My Story…
As many of you already know, I worked for the Epilepsy Association for nine years before I retired in 2014. I still volunteer for the Association because I believe in the great work it does - providing support and services for those who are living with epilepsy in the Maritimes.
I am doing the 5K virtually. I will walk for 15 minutes a night for 12 nights to amass the time needed for me to walk 5K all at once. This is based on the time it used to take me to walk that distance when my friend and I did the in-person Blue Nose back in the day. This worked really well last year! I hope you will support me by making a donation. Thank you for reading this.
