Hi there. As an injured veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, I know all too well the positive power that an active lifestyle has on well-being. Soldier On is a program that seeks to inspire, empower and enable a reconnection with an active lifestyle through sport, recreation and creative pursuits.
Your contribution will make a direct impact on the lives/recoveries of those serving and veteran members of the CAF who have had their lives scarred by illness/injury. Your support will remind them that they are not alone!

This year, PSP presents the second annual Winter Challenge. We would like to invite the CAF community to come together to get outside (or stay inside) and be active with their loved ones, friends and/or colleagues. By doing this virtually, we are able to be active together at home or at work while supporting the ill/injured CAF community as they, despite adversity, adapt, overcome, and Soldier On.
Soldier On is the most direct way for Canadians to contribute to supporting the recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration of members with a physical and/or mental illness or injury through the transformative power of sport, recreation and creative activity.
You will assist:
- Soldier On members, who are dealing with life-altering illness and injury, in attending sport, recreation and creative activity camps to help them find new ways that they can be active in their daily lives while building a community of understanding and comradery.
- In providing equipment grants for participants to purchase a piece of equipment that will help them engage in and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
This year, with help like yours, 2375 members have joined the Soldier On family and are adapting, overcoming, and Soldiering On. The Soldier On community is almost 10,000 members strong!
