Help Jonathan raise money

I'm running for two reasons:

1 -- To help local kids and families through Rawkstars' music programs

2 -- To push myself to prioritize my own health through running

My own fitness journey is complicated and I've had a lifelong struggle with weight, body image and self-care.

Running helped me immensely in my 40's and approaching 52, I'm pushing myself to help others, while also helping myself.
