Help Courtney raise money

Hello Everyone, 

As many of you know, InnerCity Weightlifting is a very special place to me and I am so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race and fundraising for them. All the staff, coaches, and morning crew have been so supportive of me over the last 5 years (yes! 5 years) I am really excited to give back to ICW and support what they stand for. 

ICW is nonprofit that offers an education and career path in personal training or other industries to those most impacted by racism and our broken justice system through their impact model of earning trust, building hope, creating social capital and building economic mobility. Students learn about personal training, can get certified and start working to build a client base at ICW, providing social and economic mobility and stability. ICW provides a chance at a new future through access to a diverse network of people and opportunities. 

ICW also benefits the client and communities they are a part of. I have found myself wanting to learn more about mass incarceration, picking up books that never would have crossed my desk, participating in local and state politics that relate to criminal justice reform, and of course, telling everyone I know about ICW and how important it is to me. ICW touches so many of the lives it connects with. Help me support them!
