My Story…
This will be my second year running this race. I am so excited to be a part of this team. I have seen so many family members and friends turn things around all because they took the time to talk to someone. I have spent hours in a chair to help myself and to help my own family. The tools I have been given has been life changing… I will always have my license therapist by my side for what ever life throws my way. Please help me help others

We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
