Help Susan raise money

Running the Falmouth Road Race in August over thirty times since 1988 has been as much a summer ritual as eating corn on the cob and going to the beach. Throughout these years, I have run the race with many family members and friends and have fond memories of them all. 

This year it is truly an honor to be running the race for the second year in a row in memory of Officer Ron Tarentino Jr. and to raise money for his charity.  Ron was a dedicated police officer who died in 2016 in the line of duty, leaving behind his family and a legacy of love, kindness and helping others in need.  

The Officer Ron Tarentino Jr. Charitable Organization is run by Ron’s wife, Trish and an army of loyal, hard working volunteers.  They  have provided assistance to countless families going through hard times, given vests to graduating police officers, and awarded scholarships to students pursuing careers in law enforcement .  Please go to the organization's website to learn more about the amazing work they have done and will continue to do with our help.

The memories I have of family, friends and the Tarentino’s will be pushing me while I trek through the 7 mile course on an inevitably hot August day.  I am so proud to be running as part of Team Tarentino.
