I am running this year's Falmouth Road Race for InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW). ICW has been an organization I have been involved with for over 10 years. Jamie and I spent many years working out at their gym in Dorchester and through their outdoor workouts across the city. They are truly transforming lives and I am proud to be a member of team ICW!
Every dollar donated in ICW returns to the community at a rate of 10.6x by generating employment and reducing incarceration.
