My Story…
I’m pleased to be running the Falmouth Road Race as a member of Team BAF in memory of Gwenn Giles Hoyt.
As many of you know, I lost my first wife Gwenn to an undetected brain aneurysm that ruptured on February 26, 2006, she was just 41.
Did you know 1 in 50 people suffer a brain aneurysm? Many are unaware of their symptoms or are misdiagnosed. We didn’t know the symptoms and when I called the doctor they said it’s probably just food poisoning. Find out if you or someone you know is at risk. Please visit bafound.org to learn more.
I now run to raise awareness, and to support the research the Brain Aneurysm foundation does.
Donate to help Bob raise money for The 2022 ASICS Falmouth Road Race’s fundraising campaign.
