This August I will be running my 2nd Falmouth Road Race. So grateful to be back in Falmouth in person after a long 2 years of virtual races!!
On August 21st I will be running for the Herren Project. Last December I started working at the Herren Project as a Group Facilitator for a Family Support Group. Through running the group I have met some of the most resilient, loving and kind people. The Herren Project is an amazing organization that provides free resources and support for the treatment, recovery and prevention of substance abuse. Herren Project's prevention and wellness initiatives also provide school and communities resources to prevent the misuse of drugs and alcohol.
The addiction problem touches us all and we all need to play a part in solving it! Please consider donating to this amazing organization as we continue to support those in need. No donation is too big or too small and all is so very much appreciated. Thank you all so much!!!
