My Story…
This year, I am lacing up my sneakers to run my first ever Falmouth Road Race IN-PERSON! I am so excited to get back on the course after the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented me from doing so and (hopefully) finishing in a really appropriate time!
More importantly, this iconic race holds a special meaning as I fundraise for Friends of BWH NICU in honor of my dear friend (and boss's) daughter, Madeline, who was born a month earlier than expected and spent some time in the Brigham NICU. Caroline has been an older sister and mentor to me since I started at the Brigham in 2016, and the only way I can think to honor Madeline is by giving back to the place that cared for her right away. I am beyond grateful to have these two in my life and look forward to being the best Auntie possible to Madeline.
