Help Suzanne raise money

This will be my 6th annual run with The Quell Foundation's "Run for Peace of Mind".  Why do I run it? Because it's very personal for me. I lost someone very close to me to suicide. I wonder to this day if there had not been the shame and stigma attached to mental illness if he would have felt more supported and not been afraid to ask for help. It's imperative we normalize the conversation and keep it going. We need to remove the stigma and make it part of our overall health and well-being without fear of judgment.
