I am excited to announce that I will be running the 2022 Falmouth Road Race with team Herren Project!
For those of you who are not familiar with the Herren Project - it is a nonprofit organization that aims to prevent substance misuse, support individuals and families in a healthier lifestyle, better the community and celebrate recovery. Their vision is “a stronger, more resilient, and connected community where all people thrive free of the effects of addiction”.
Working in the healthcare system has shown me how common substance abuse is and how difficult it can be to find the necessary resources to reach sobriety. Please consider donating to make recovery more accessible!
