My Story…
This year will be my 19th year participating in the Falmouth Road Race. I have ran with many different organizations over the years, but I am so excited to be joining Mental Health Collaborative this summer. Mental health is such an important topic for me and I have always used running as an outlet to better myself both physically and mentally. I hope that you will consider not only donating to my page for MHC, but also looking further into the organization and learning about all the incredible work they do!!
Description
We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
