My Story…
I am running the 2022 Falmouth Road Race for the Parkinson’s Foundation in honor of my grandpa, Arthur Healey Sr.
My “Pop Pop” was a fun-loving, caring, and funny man who never failed to make those around him smile. I had the privilege of visiting him almost every weekend, following his move to Massachusetts; time I never thought I would have.
He battled with Parkinson’s for around 15 years, after which we lost him to the disease in 2012.
By running this race, I hope to raise funds and awareness for all those impacted by Parkinson’s in some way.
