My Story…
Year number four running the Falmouth Road Race for The Quell Foundation! I have devoted my life to those with a mental illness and advocate for better care. I run with The Quell Foundation because they share my values of reducing the number of suicides, overdoses, and incarcerations of individuals with mental illness. In some cosmic alignment, both myself and The Quell Foundation have expanded our horizons to include first responders and the tremendous weight of stigma in seeking mental help.
For the 7th year in a row, The Quell Foundation is participating in the Falmouth Road Race. We're raising funds to help normalize the conversation around mental illness among our most vulnerable communities. Your support will enable Quell to continue delivering its award-winning mental health awareness programming among high-risk communities across the country.
The Foundation is currently working to complete our second documentary for first responders, with screenings available this Fall. Click here to view the trailer!
The Quell Foundation strives to reduce the number of suicides, overdoses and the incarceration of people with mental health illness. We work to accomplish this by encouraging people to share their stories, increasing access to mental health services, providing a pipeline of future mental health care professionals with scholarships, and training first responders to recognize mental health crisis warning signs amongst their own.
