My Story…
I am running this race to support The Quell Foundation. It is very personal to me, having been in that dark place myself.
The Quell Foundation strives to reduce the number of suicides, overdoses and the incarceration of people with mental health illness. They work to accomplish this by encouraging people to share their stories, increasing access to mental health services, providing a pipeline of future mental health care professionals with scholarships, and training first responders to recognize mental health crisis warning signs amongst their own.
Whatever you can give, will help a great deal.

This will help ensure 100% of your donation goes toward reducing suicides of those living with a mental health condition. If you would like to donate online, please know Falmouth Road Race takes 9% of your donation on this mandatory use platform.
