My Story…
I have been running the Falmouth Road Race for the past 17 years. Each year, I like to pick a new charity to help raise funds. I am honored to be running for Heroes in Transition for the 2022 Road Race. As you can see here on my page, HIT provides much needed physical and emotional assistance to our many brave men and women who have fought for this great country so we can enjoy the freedoms we have. Description
Heroes In Transition, is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization. We recognize those who have served or who are serving our country, HIT provides assistance in 4 key areas:
- Transitional Support Groups, including equine therapy and couples retreats
- Financial support for service families
- Assistance dogs for veterans
- Home modifications
Our mission is to provide assistance that is not readily available from other organizations including local, state, and federal agencies. Your generosity will help support our heroes. To learn more about
