Help Alison raise money

When I graduated college I got into running as a way to stay in shape, clear my head, and challenge myself. I recently joined Courageous Parents Network (CPN) as the Development and Communications Associate. I truly admire all that the organization is doing and felt like this was the perfect opportunity to take my love of running and run for a good cause.  

CPN is a non-profit organization and educational platform that orients, empowers and accompanies families and providers caring for children with serious illness. 

CPN is there with families caring for children with life-limiting illnesses as they take that first step into a life they had not imagined; and it is there for them all along the journey that follows – guiding them with insights from other parents who have gone before on issues such as coping with diagnosis, making complex medical decisions, keeping their family strong and coping after the death of their child. CPN is also there with medical providers, giving them important insights into the lived experience of the children and families they care for.

I am excited to be part of the CPN team running to raise money in support of the organization! Money raised will allow CPN to develop and launch new topic areas critical to affected families and providers.
