Kristin and I had our first child in August of 2019. This special little boy is Nolan David Abreau and was born with Spina Bifida. Defying all odds, Nolan has come through numerous surgeries through his first year of life to be the active, funny, charming and loving child we love with all our hearts. Nolan has inspired us to become active members in the SBAGNE and help support other families and individuals that have Spina Bifida. We will be running this race on behalf of Nolan and his perseverance through all the surgeries and obstacles he has overcome since birth. He is an inspiration to our family and we hope his inspires others to donate to the wonderful work that the SBAGNE has done and will continue to do!
Description
I am proud to be running the 50th Annual Falmouth Road Race this year in support of the Spina Bifida Association of Greater New England. This tiny, but mighty, organization does incredible work providing resources, advocacy, education, and community for individuals and families living with Spina Bifida in all 6 New England states. It has made a huge impact on me and my family, and I greatly appreciate your generous support!
