My Story…
I am proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race this August as a member of the 'Mental Health Collaborative' (MHC) team! MHC believes, as do I, that with increased education and awareness surrounding mental illness, the stigma can be decreased. Please help me to support the Mental Health Collaborative's mission to increase open and honest conversations about mental illness.

We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
