My Story…
LET'S GET KIDS WHAT THEY NEED TO GET ACTIVE AND BACK IN THE GAME!
I am running the 2022 Falmouth Road Race to help further Good Sports' mission of giving kids the lifelong benefits of sport and physical activity by providing brand-new sports equipment, apparel, and footwear to children in need.
From football to basketball and to a long career in baseball, sports have been a constant in my life that has brought me all across the country and introduced me to lifelong friends. I want to help bring those experiences and happiness to kids in all communities!
Kids in need face significant financial barriers when it comes to playing sports, and their access has shrunk further from the devastating economic impact of the pandemic on their families and local programs. Equipment resources can make the difference for kids to be able to try new activities, increase their minutes of play per day, and experience all of the academic, social, and emotional benefits that active play provides. I would really appreciate it if you could consider supporting my campaign and helping Good Sports create equitable access to play for kids in need!
